When you request an illustration or policy review through the Site's form, I collect: your first and last name, date of birth, phone number, gender, state of residence, tobacco/nicotine use status, email address, stated financial goal, and comfortable monthly funding range. When you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect your email address. If you contact me by email, phone, or through a scheduling link, I collect the information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and its service providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies. - Prepare the insurance illustrations, quotes, or policy reviews you request, including obtaining quotes from insurance carriers based on the details you submit

- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
I do not sell your personal information. I do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your information is shared only as needed to serve your request:
- Insurance carriers and related entities, to obtain the quotes and illustrations you request
- Service providers that operate parts of this Site on my behalf — including website hosting and newsletter delivery (Ghost), form processing (Formspree), and appointment scheduling (Calendly) — each of which processes data under its own privacy policy and only to provide its service
- Legal requirements, if disclosure is required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property

I retain the information you submit for as long as needed to serve your request, meet insurance regulatory and record-keeping requirements, and comply with law. I use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to me, subject to record-keeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance agents. This Site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through the Site, contact me and I will delete it.
